Revised Manuscript Policy

Authors whose manuscripts receive a decision of Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Revision Required are required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with the comments and recommendations provided by the Editor and/or Reviewers.

To ensure transparency and facilitate the evaluation of revisions, authors are required to use the “Track Changes” function in Microsoft Word when preparing the revised manuscript. The Track Changes function must remain activated throughout the revision process so that all additions, deletions, modifications, and other substantive changes can be identified.

In addition to the revised manuscript files and response document, authors must submit updated plagiarism similarity and AI detection reports that correspond to the revised manuscript through the journal's designated submission system.

Required Revision Files

Authors are required to submit all of the following documents when uploading a revised manuscript:

1

Revised Manuscript with Track Changes

A revised version where all changes remain visible through the Microsoft Word Track Changes function. Do not accept all changes before submitting this version.

2

Clean Revised Manuscript

A clean version where all revisions have been incorporated and Track Changes/comments have been removed. Must be consistent with the tracked version.

3

Response to Reviewers

A point-by-point response addressing all comments. Clearly explain revisions made and identify their locations in the manuscript. Provide justifications if disagreeing.

4

Plagiarism Similarity Report

Generated using recognized tools (e.g., Turnitin) corresponding to the revised manuscript. The similarity index must be less than 20%.

5

AI Detection Report

An AI-content detection report corresponding to the revised manuscript. The AI-detection score must be less than 25%. Authors remain responsible for the accuracy and originality of their content.

Important Notice

Authors must not disable Track Changes or accept all changes before submitting the tracked version. The tracked version must accurately reflect all modifications. Both the plagiarism and AI detection reports must be submitted alongside the other files.

Response to Comments

Authors are expected to address every comment provided by the Editor/Reviewers specifically and professionally.

Where a suggested change is not adopted, reasons must be explained. Simply omitting a requested revision without explanation may result in the manuscript being returned.

Purpose of Requirements

These requirements facilitate editorial evaluation, improve transparency, enable verification of addressed comments, and support the journal's standards for manuscript originality and responsible publishing.

Revision Compliance

The Editorial Team may return a revised manuscript for correction if:

  • The required Track Changes version is not provided.
  • The clean version is missing or inconsistent with the tracked version.
  • The Response to Reviewers is incomplete.
  • The similarity report is not provided or is 20% or higher.
  • The AI report is not provided or is 10% or higher.
  • The revisions do not adequately address the provided comments.

* Returning a manuscript for correction does not constitute a final rejection. The Editorial Team will determine the appropriate next step.
