Analisis SWOT Pengembangan Fasilitas dan Aksesibilitas Pariwisata pada Objek Wisata Museum Kereta Api Ambarawa

Ambarawa Railway Museum is a historical tourist destination that has great potential in the tourism sector. This study aims to analyze the development of museum facilities and accessibility using the SWOT analysis method. The results showed that the museum has main strengths in the form of a unique collection of ancient trains, strategic location, and educational facilities. However, there are several weaknesses such as the limited capacity of the exhibition hall, the lack of cleanliness of public facilities, and inadequate access to public transportation. Development opportunities include increased digital promotion and cooperation with the private sector, while the main threats are competition with other attractions and limited funds. Strategic recommendations include improving facilities, increasing accessibility, and optimizing digital promotions to increase tourist attraction and satisfaction.
