Pengaruh Penerapan Transformasi Digital dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Semarang

The implementation of digital transformation in an effort to improve the performance of the Semarang Regency Government's ASN still has several problems, including the incompetent digital competence of ASN, inadequate work facilities, the implementation of e-government that has not been maximized, and a poor work culture. The main objective of this research is to determine which policies are prioritized in an effort to improve the performance of the Semarang Regency Government ASN. The type of research used a qualitative approach and the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. The research variables consisted of objective variables, namely performance and alternative variables, namely digital competence, work facilities, e-government, and work culture. The sample in this study amounted to 20 people consisting of key informants, main informants, and supporting informants. Data analysis techniques with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Analysis results using AHP digital competencies are the first priority with a coefficient value of 0.395, work facilities with a coefficient value of 0.230, work culture with a coefficient value of 0.197 and e-government with a coefficient value of 0.178. The consistency ratio (CR) value of the AHP model is 0.00. The conclusion of this study is that increasing digital competence is the first priority in the framework of implementing digital transformation as an effort to improve ASN performance in Semarang Regency, which shows that the digital competence of the ASN of the Semarang Regency Government needs to be improved.
