Abstract

Indonesia's territory has its administrative division, which will be the last level in its division. The implementation of regional reform by revitalizing decentralized principles and the relief duty so that the purpose of regional autonomy in societal censorship becomes closer. The background of this is the setting of the head of the environment as a hand extension from a mayor with his duty to help people in administrative management to try to prevent and address the problems that are most likely around the community. The complexity of society's aspirations as the sovereign people of this democratic country, with input of support and requirement facing the binding policy regulation, the ward's head will participate in supervising the struggle for aspects of life in its environment. The purpose of research can specifically tell the political presence of common sense in the community by considering the political involvement of people. Qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach and data-collection techniques resulting from interviews conducted with the Sidorejo environmental head. Studies show that the involvement of the environmental community is in safe zones and still follow government-established procedures. This is what the ward head needs to cultivate in order to maintain a well that is already endemic by pursuing a critical approach and dialogue.
