Peningkatan Keaktifan Belajar Peserta Didik Melalui Model Problem Based Learning Berbantu Media Board Game Kelas V

Students who tend to be passive because learning tends to be teacher centered, so it is necessary to apply learning models that can improve critical thinking skills and media as a learning resource. This research aims to increase the student’s activity in fifth grade at Kalikayen. The data were taken from 19 students of fifth grade at SDN Kalikayen. This researcher used classroom action research for analysis. The researcher collected the data through sampling i.e observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the Miles analysis technique which consists of four stages including planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research were already implemented in 2 cycles and each cycle consisted of two lessons. Based on the final result, it showed that the average learning students activity in cycle I was 73% in a good category and increase in cycle II was 65% in very good category. The overall average percentage of learning activity has reached more than 79%, so the reseachers determine that this research has achieved success. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the Problem Based Learning model assisted bu Board Game media can increase students learning activity.
