Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Dalam Mengembangkan Administrasi Pembelajaran

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential. The low quality of human resources is caused by the low quality of education in Indonesia. Education is an interaction activity between students and educators as well as various educational resources that take place in educational, teaching, training and guidance situations. In order to achieve maximum learning outcomes, a professional teacher is needed. This activity aims to provide broader insight to elementary school teachers in developing learning models, to provide increased knowledge regarding learning administration to elementary school teachers, to find out the role of teachers in implementing existing learning models in elementary schools. The results of this activity show the increasing knowledge and understanding of the community of teachers at State Elementary School 122350 East Siantar District in developing learning administration. Most of the elementary school teacher community participated in the entire series of community service activities with great enthusiasm.
