Strategi Pengembangan Nirwana Garden Bali Sebagai Daya Tarik Wisata Buatan Di Desa Sawe Rangsasa Kabupaten Jembrana

This research discusses strategies for developing tourist attractions in Jembrana Regency, especially the Nirwana Garden Bali tourist attraction. In the situation of a tourist attraction that is classified as a new category, there are many obstacles that need to be faced at this time. Data on tourist visits from February to December 2022 is used to see changes in the number of tourist arrivals during that period. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research explain that 1). The strengths are the availability of facilities and government support, 2). The opportunity is government support through electronic service provision programs, 3). The results of the SWOT analysis are adding tourism promotion media, tour packages, making souvenirs and adding facilities.
