Analisis Kebutuhan Pengembangan Inovasi Pertanian Menurut Preferensi Petani di Kecamatan Getasan Kabupaten Semarang

Modern agricultural technology is directed to support the industrial revolution 4.0 especially in Semarang Regency as agri-food and horticultural producer. This study aims to determine the extent of the preferences of farmers in Getasan District towards the development of agricultural innovations carried out. This study uses a mixed approach with an exploratory sequential method, where the beginning is carried out with a qualitative method using a quantitative method to facilitate measuring the results of the study. From the results of the analysis, six variables of preference for the need for agricultural innovation development in Getasan District were found, with the variables "strengthening and utilizing information technology and agricultural digitalization", there are two variables that fall into the criteria needed, "strengthening technical skills and knowledge of modern agriculture for farmers" and "expansion of agricultural product marketing", there is one variable that is quite needed and two variables fall into the criteria less needed.
