This study aims to determine the Effect of Financial and Non-Financial Compensation on Employee Job Satisfaction (Case Study at PT Akses Lintas Nusantara). Samples were taken using the census method as many as 31 respondents. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method using SPSS 25.00 for windows. The results showed that: 1) Financial Compensation (X1) has an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) at PT Akses Lintas Nusantara Tebing Tinggi, 2). Non-Financial Compensation (X2) has an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) at PT Akses Lintas Nusantara Tebing Tinggi, 3). Financial Compensation (X1) and Non-Financial Compensation (X2) have a simultaneous effect on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) at PT Akses Lintas Nusantara Tebing Tinggi
